Terms
Please read this information
completely before you make a purchase from Discount Motorcycle
Parts. These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed.
These terms shall be interpreted according to Virginia law. Your
placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute
acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and
under the guidelines set below.
Order Processing and Time
in Transit
Orders placed before 12.00 noon eastern time
will generally process the following business day. Orders placed
after 12.00 noon eastern time will generally process the second
business day. All orders will ship from Virginia. If we have to
special order a part, please allow 2-4 days for your order to
process. Please allow seven to ten business days for your order to
arrive.
We can provide you with a tracking number generally
4 - 5 business days after your order was placed, please do not call
before that. This is to provide time to process your order and for
UPS to allow for the parcel to make it to the first scan point. UPS
does not deliver or ship during weekends or holidays. Please allow
for time in transit. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow
an additional four business days.
Pricing
Prices are updated weekly, and are subject to change. If
there has been a price increase, a typographical or computer input
error, we will confirm with you by email, before processing your
order.
Back Orders
Occasionally a manufacture
backorders an item we do not have in stock. You will receive an
e-mail notifying you of any item on backorder. If we do not receive
a response, your item will remain on backorder for 30 days. After 30
days we will automatically cancel a backorder unless you the
customer notifies us of your intentions to stay on a backorder wait.
Backorders are filled and shipped when the part becomes available to
us. Remember, once your backordered item is shipped to us, it can
not be cancelled.
Quantity Packaging
Please
check the quantity amounts of the part you are purchasing. We do not
break down packaging quantities on orders. Some products are
packaged in multiple quantities. Please check quantity of packaging
before placing your order. No parts will be accepted for return
because of the quantity of the package. We will adjust your on line
order pricing to reflect correct package quantity.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you order an item that is
incorrect for your motorcycle, we will exchange the item for the
same part for the correct application. There is a 20% restocking fee
or $5.00 exchange fee, which ever is greater. You must pay shipping
and handling both ways. We suggest you insure your items for their
full value for your protection. We want you to be satisfied, call

Warranties and
Limitations
All of our parts and accessories are first
run, no seconds unless specified. All of our parts and accessories
come with a full manufactures warranty. Discount Cycle Parts makes
no representations or warranties as to any of the products described
or sold by Discount Cycle Parts expressed or implied including
fitment of product. Discount Cycle Parts is not responsible and
cannot be held liable for any part that is purchased or obtained in
any way from our company. Any part or accessory should be installed
by a qualified Mechanic. Motorcycles, ATVs and Dirt Bike riding can
be dangerous and riders and owners assume full responsibility. Ride
safely and responsibly.
Sales Tax
Our
Virginia customers, will be charged State Sales Tax of 5.00%
Payment
Orders are shipped to the billing
address only for your protection.
Returns and
Exchanges
In order to provide you with the lowest
possible prices, All Sales Are Final. No credit card, check or cash
refunds. No exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date. There is
a 20% restocking fee or $5.00 (which ever is greater) on all goods
exchanged for store credit. Electrical and special order parts may
not be returned. If the item is defective, we will replace it free
of charge, however you must pay shipping and handling fees. All
exchanges must include a photocopy of the original invoice. All
returns must be sent pre paid, we will not accept any collect
shipments. We suggest you ship your order insured for your
protection. Please call us at 1-866-846-9877 for a return
authorization number. All store credits will be mailed to the
customer. Please allow 30 days for processing. Orders refused by
purchaser are not valid for store credit or return. We do not get
the items returned by the carrier. Return authorization is required
for any return. Please call 1-866-846-9877 with your invoice number
and a customer service representative will be glad to help you and
issue you a return merchandise authorization number. When returning
any item, please do not send it back to us in its original packaging
if the packaging is damaged or written on. We will not accept it for
return. We must repackage all items not in original condition.
Please wrap and package all items securely and carefully. If an item
is poorly packed or thrown in a box and shipped back, we will refuse
the return. Any packaged shipped without an RMA number will be
refused at our warehouse. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery
carrier delays. No refund or store credit allowed. Express shipping
will not be refunded if parcel is delayed. You must contact the
express carrier for reimbursement or future credit. Closeout items
are sold as is and have no warranty. They are not returnable or
exchangeable. We generally sell these items at or below our cost.
They are usually returned goods and may not have packaging or
instructions if they have a cosmetic flaw, this will be noted in
item description, however, they will be functionally fine, They are
not returnable or exchangeable also.

that qualifies for Free shipping is within continental USA only.
Free shipping is through the carrier of our choice. The following
items are EXCLUDED from free shipping. Bike Stands, Bike Ramps, Gas
Cans, Tools, Tires, Wheels, Lube and Oil, Fenders, Seats, Exhaust
Systems, Oversized Handlebars, Sub Frames and Frames, Swingarms,
Bike Carriers , Engines, Transmissions, Driveline Kits, Primaries
and Clutches, All trailer Parts, Bike Kits, Rolling Chassis, Frame
Kits, Windshields and Fairings, Engine and Transmission Cases, Fork
legs or Assemblies Note: Some items that are oversized are not
listed and will fall into oversized exclusion at our discretion.
Please note we cannot list all these items and that shipping costs
on these items is at our discretion and based on actual shipping
weight from our warehouse to you. Standard UPS shipping fees based
on weight and distance will apply. We ship UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, Our
standard carrier is UPS Ground Shipping. Usual delivery time is 5-7
business days or sooner after we receive the part if not in stock.
Insurance fees and handling are extra. UPS determines shipping cost
on the weight of each item and the distance of shipping. Red and
Blue label UPS Express air shipping is available for faster delivery
after shipping to us. UPS Saturday overnight delivery will be
charged an additional $10.00 per box charge plus standard overnight
delivery fees. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Only US
mail service will be available. UPS ground shipping is available in
the continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii is not
available. We must ship Red or Blue label to Alaska or Hawaii. Tires
may only be shipped by UPS Ground, no Red or Blue label delivery
available. Free shipping on specific items only qualifies in the
continental United States. If you would like to ship UPS Red or Blue
label, or alternative carrier, please call our sales staff at
1-866-846-9877 and let us know. Air freight is determined by the
volume of the box (Dimensional Weight) not the actual weight. Items
returned for exchange may not be opened or out of the original
packaging. If so, they are non returnable. Items cannot be returned
after 30 days. No special order or electrical items are returnable.
Clothing worn or washed may not be returned. Frames, Engine and
transmissions are non returnable due to Title difficulties.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or
dented. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please
advise the driver that your item is damaged and call our customer
service department 1-866-846-9877 for further instructions. We will
ship out your new item only when the shipping carrier files the
damage claim. Please be patient. Standard time is 8 - 10 business
days.
Special Orders
If you do not see a part
that you would like to order or need a price that's not in the price
checker, call us at 1-866-846-9877 and we will try our best to find
it for you.
Order Cancellation
Generally
orders can not be cancelled after 12:00 eastern time the day of the
order. Once the order is placed or in shipping, it can not be
cancelled.
Prices Subject to Change Policy
We
reserve the right to adjust price depending on the prevailing price.
Items will be billed at the latest prevailing rate.
Secured on-line Ordering All of our ordering forms
and transmissions are secured for safe on-line ordering. If you are

Your complete legal name as it appears on your credit card you are
using. Complete shipping address. Complete day and evening telephone
numbers with country code and best time to call for each. Year make
and model of motorcycle. Quantity / Part Number / Description /
listed Price of each part number. Complete credit card number and
expiration date. Telephone number and Name if issuing bank for your
credit card.( On the back of the card ) We cannot accept money
orders for foreign orders. We will not consider any illegal or
unethical request to circumvent shipping regulations...Please don't
ask us to! We gladly can serve your large order / volume order
